Unique Complexity – ARIHQ’s Specific Case

This project stood out due to the unique nature of ARIHQ’s membership structure, which deviates from the standard use of Membri 365. Unlike most associations, ARIHQ does not directly collect membership fees. Instead, partner institutions deduct fees at the source and transfer them monthly to ARIHQ.

Historically, tracking these transfers was only possible through manual analysis of Excel files provided by each institution with every payment. These files contain critical data such as openings, closures, and amounts transferred.

To address this, Vendere developed a custom module capable of automatically processing these files and generating alerts when necessary. This innovation significantly improved ARIHQ’s efficiency and reliability in revenue tracking.

Additionally, the integration went further than usual, with the development of specific tools for ARIHQ’s member services department, enhancing their ability to provide personalized and structured support.

Migration to Membri 365 was carried out from a legacy system previously unknown to the team, requiring high adaptability and close collaboration with ARIHQ’s staff.
